Of Haitian decent, Jerome Leonard received his primary, high school, and college education in New York City, graduating with a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Pace University.
Mr. Leonard’s corporate experience began on Wall Street at Citicorp. He has since consulted extensively in the United States, Europe, South America, and Australia over the last 20 years and has led large-scale Customer Relationship Management engagements for clients such as JP MorganChase, Verizon, the American Red Cross, City of New York, National Institutes of Health, Marriot International, and Montgomery County, MD government.
A Virginia native and graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Kelly Leonard has a background in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mrs. Leonard’s financial services, accounting, risk management, and training experience span 20 years; encompassing federal government and public accounting environments, to include Fortune 100 companies.
The couple extracted the best practices attained through their 40+ combined years of corporate experience to form Taylor-Leonard Corporation (T-LC), an information technology and risk management consulting services firm. T-LC delivers best practices and business resource tools of multi-national, Fortune 500 companies to small to mid-sized businesses.
Their passion for education increased multifold after learning that less than 47% of African American males successfully graduated high school [according to a 2008 study]. “We are blessed to touch so many lives. And, we believe education is a fundamental building block in everything we do.”
Mr. and Mrs. Leonard reside in Montgomery Village, Maryland with their two children, Gabriel and Taylor.
