UNCF Race for Education this Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the Mall at Millenia! 7:30 a.m. Zumba warm up and the race starts at 8:00a.m. Register on-site Saturday beginning at 7:00 a.m. If you can't run or walk, you can still donate online- www.uncf.org/orlandowalk Remember, A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste! Any amount will help our students!

The UNCF Central Florida 5K Run/Walk for Education provides corporate sponsors, community organizations, and friends/family with an excellent opportunity to change the lives of deserving college students by raising much needed scholarship dollars.

UNCF plays a critical role in enabling more than 55,000 students each year to obtain college degrees and in providing operational support to our 38 member Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Our 2012 walk goal is $100,000! UNCF would like for you to help by registering for the walk and raising funds to reduce financial barriers to college. Registration is $20.00 for Adults and $10.00 for students/children. The first 500 registered participants will be eligible for a 2012 commemorative T-shirt. Remember, seventy-five percent of the funds we raise will benefit aspiring students from the great state of Florida and our three Florida UNCF member institutions.
