The Seattle 21st Annual UNCF Walk, Run, Bike for Education is back in its fifth year since 2000.
Come and join us on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Pratt Park as we walk to help students get to and through college. Corporate teams, fraternities, sororities, groups, churches, organizations and individuals who participate realize that "a mind is a terrible thing to waste"®. UNCF currently supports over 500 UNCF students and scholarship recipients from the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
We need your support to reach our fundraising goal of $100,000!
The 5K walk/run and 10K family bike ride will start at Edwin T. Pratt Park in the Central District neighborhood of Seattle and continue back to Pratt Park. Afterwards, join us for fun activities in the park featuring a fitness challenge for all ages and a Bike Rodeo hosted by BikeWorks and Rainier Riders for kids ages 6-14 to learn about the ABC’s of bicycling. The day will also feature the fifth annual UNCF BBQ Cook-Off and Kids Happy Hour.
