Dermal fillers have become one of the most popular ways to enhance penis length and girth.

This simple, outpatient procedure is minimally invasive and helps patients achieve a bigger, heavier penis by increasing the circumference of the shaft using soft tissue fillers.

Using dermal fillers for male enhancement means there' no need for cuts or drains, which is one of the many reasons why this procedure has become so popular. Patients are able to leave the clinic directly after their procedure and will be able to return to their normal daily immediately. Patients should, however, refrain from having sex for at least 48 hours after their procedure.

Temporary vs. non-absorbable fillers for male enhancement

Below are the filler options that are available to patients.

Botulinum Toxin: This filler is injected into a specific layer of skin and results can be enjoyed for up to 8 months. Botulinum toxin relaxes the penis and increases the length while it's flaccid. It can be used alone or in conjunction with PRP (platelet rich plasma).
Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA): PMMA fillers contain microscopic spheres that are never absorbed. Once injected, the patient's collagen will surround the spheres. PMMA fillers are non-absorbable and are used for large gains.
Calcium Hydroxylapatite: These fillers are similar to PMMA except they're temporary. CaHA fillers contain microscopic spheres of calcium and are used for medium, long-lasting gains.
Hyaluronic Acid: Hyaluronic acid is one of the preferred fillers as they contain a gel that holds water and remains soft, giving patients a very natural look and feel. Hyaluronic acid fillers are used for moderate, temporary gains and can be dissolved using enzymes.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP): PRP fillers contain the patient's own blood and not a foreign substance. Once the patient's blood is drawn, it will be processed using a centrifuge. From there it is injected into the penis to encourage tissue rejuvenation more than gains.
Polydimethylsiloxane (Silicone): The silicone oil in these fillers are never absorbed and need to be injected using a special technique and in small quantities. These fillers are used for small tissue deficits or moderate, non-absorbable gains.

Ideal candidates for male dermal fillers

Below are some of the criteria for ideal dermal filler candidates:

Patients should be circumcised
Penis should be larger than 7cm when fully erect
Patient should have a moderately or non-retractive penis when flaccid
Patient should be in good health and have a regular pubic fat pad
Patients should be of sound mind
No previous surgeries should have been performed on the penis other than circumcision

The reason why patients need to be circumcised is because it can be incredibly tricky to inject fillers into a penis that has loose skin on top of the Buck's fascia. Migration and clumping of the fillers become a risk when injecting an uncircumcised patient, check http://healthlinerx.org/ which is why it's better to be circumcised when undergoing this procedure.
